Santiago P. Ibargüen

Founder & Principal

Santiago leads SPI360 with over 25 years of hands-on experience across procurement, emergency logistics, and large-scale donor-funded programs. A former U.S. Marine, he has directed operations across the Caribbean, Latin America, Africa, and the Asia-Pacific — working with organizations including WHO, PAHO, and the World Bank.

At SPI360, Santiago works alongside a curated roster of highly experienced professionals — project managers, procurement specialists, disaster logisticians, engineers, and architects — who are integral to the solutions we deliver. Every engagement is led by Santiago with the right experts mobilized to match the scope and complexity of the challenge.

How We Work

Field-First Methodology

We operate where the work happens — in warehouses, at ports, in coordination centers, and alongside emergency responders. Every solution is grounded in operational reality.
